It is hard to believe 2020 is coming to a close! I don't know about you, but I am ready for a new beginning and looking forward to the upcoming year. As I look back on this past year I cannot help but think about all of the challenges we have endured, but I also have to think about all of the blessings as well. The blessings are the things I have to continue to focus on in order to weather all of the challenges.
This leads me right back to thankfulness and gratitude. Did you know there is research behind the benefits of gratitude? There is in fact a multitude of research on this topic, with one of the number one benefits being greater happiness.
